DeadLegz hosted a special meet-up in support of three life-changing charities

A powerful alliance came together recently as: Arrive Alive, The Frank Bruno Foundation, and the Drop The Knife Campaign. The gathering marked an inspiring milestone in the lead-up to DeadLegz’s ambitious undertaking – rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean as part of the World’s Toughest Row.

This event was more than just a meet-up; it was a moment of unity and purpose. The three beneficiary charities had the chance to connect, share stories, and spotlight the crucial work they’re doing in communities across the UK – from mental health support to knife crime prevention and life-saving emergency medical response.

The DeadLegz crew – Rob Oliver, Matt Humphries, Kevin Joynes, and Tom Hayward – are training hard and pushing boundaries to raise awareness and funds. Their challenge is immense, but they’re not doing it alone. A heartfelt thank you goes out to those who have already played a vital role in supporting this mission, including the incredible Joynes family, Valhalla Gyms Redditch, Viking Performance, GlastonBeoley Music Festival, BBC Hereford & Worcester, and Gareth Downing Media for your outstanding behind-the-scenes support.

But the journey is far from over.
