The Shell-Ter Micro Bar Halesowen is proud to announce the launch of a publicly accessible bleed kit, aimed at providing a lifesaving resource within the local community.
The introduction of this bleed kit marks a significant milestone for the area, as it is the first publicly accessible kit available to the general public. Located in a specially designed cabinet at The Shell-Ter Micro Bar Halesowen, the kit is easily accessible to all individuals.
In line with our commitment to preparedness, training sessions were conducted on the 30th of July 2024. These sessions were open to both the local community and customers of The Shell-Ter Micro Bar Halesowen, ensuring that individuals are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively use the bleed kit in an emergency situation.
“With the collaboration of Arrive Alive and The Shell-Ter mirco bar Halesowen, the bleed kit has been made possible. The motivation behind the launch of this initiative stems from the absence of a bleed kit in the immediate vicinity of The Shell-Ter Micro Bar Halesowen. Recognizing the importance of immediate medical assistance in critical situations, we took it upon ourselves to address this gap and provide a valuable resource that can potentially save lives.
The Shell-Ter Micro Bar Halesowen is committed to the safety and wellbeing of the general public, local communities, and customers. The introduction of a publicly accessible bleed kit is a testament to our dedication in ensuring the availability of lifesaving resources within the community. We believe that this initiative will contribute significantly to the overall safety and preparedness of individuals in emergency situations.
